When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in by registering online or in our office. Our access hours are: Mon – Fri 6am-8pm, Sat 6am-6pm and Sun 6am-4pm. Our office hours are: Mon–Fri: 9am–8pm, Sat: 9am–6pm, Sun: 12pm–4pm.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
We require that you verbally notify us at least five days prior to vacating your unit.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis with billing due on the 1st. Also, the move in month is prorated.
How do I make a payment?
Your monthly payment will be automatically drawn from your checking account or credit card on the 1st of each month. If you have an outstanding balance, you can log in to our website to make a payment. In addition, payments can be made over the phone or in person with a member of our team. Stop by or contact the facility during office hours.
What forms of payments do you accept?
Amex, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or directly through your bank account with ACH. Please note, some promotions require signups with ACH banking information to qualify.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can call any of our offices for assistance.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
You can bring your own lock or buy one from us. Facilities equipped with Noke do not require locks. Please contact us to learn more or visit our Noke FAQ page: www.bluebirdstorage.com/noke.
How do I properly latch and lock my unit?
To properly latch your unit, you will have to close the door and slide the latch over to the right. You’ll hear the latch slide over. If you hear the latch hit metal, try stepping on the door handle and then sliding the latch over. You can also try lifting the handle of the door to see if it is latched properly.
To properly lock your unit, simply place your lock through one of the slots once the door has been latched.
To properly lock your unit, open the Storage Smart Entry app on your phone to lock your unit after the door has been latched.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, biological contaminants, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

How do I rent a unit or contact outside normal office hours?
You can rent a unit on our website and email us with questions. We will respond to your email within 24 hours.
What temperature and humidity level do you keep the indoor units at?
The temperature is kept between 55-80 degrees and humidity under 55%.
