Bluebird made our move absolutely seamless! The new facility is beautiful, spotless, very secure, and the staff is wonderful to work with. The new free pick up option was a life saver - the guys got our entire house picked up and repacked into a storage unit in 1.5 hours total! Prices are also incredibly reasonable.

I've had my share of self-storage facilities, and equally my share of disappointments, so I was skeptical about selecting another one. I think the Bluebird Self-Storage facility in Bedford, NH change my mind. Exceptionally clean, very reasonably priced, family friendly and no sneaky fine print in their lease. I recommend them highly, give them a try, you will see for yourself.

I rented here because my MIL recommended this location. No wonder! Have you ever seen anyone clean and sweep the storage building? Because I hadn't until I used Bluebird. 100% recommend this place. They were even able to help me find my phone when I lost it in the unit. The building and units are clean and 100% safe.

I've been renting a storage unit here for over a year now and recently found the need to secure another one. Kathryn was so pleasant, professional and kind as she helped me find the unit that was perfect for my needs. All of the staff here go above and beyond to accommodate their clients and Kathryn truly distinguished herself as an exceptional member of the team. The facility is conveniently located and very clean. Setting up an account was easy and accessing the unit is great! The staff - Kathryn and Mike, in particular - are SUPER helpful. The patiently answered all my questions, called back with more information, and helped me get a lock for my unit. I really appreciate the pleasant; professional customer service!! Happy to store my belongings here.

There's no lights in our unit or even an outlet to put a light. I have a 10x30 and I have to use my phone to see anything in the pitch black.

Staff was rude and very nosey. I overheard them talking about someone who was renting a unit. Very judgmental and invasive.

I just called to pay because I couldn't afford last months bill. I should owe 282 dollars. They literally doubled my bill because I was late so I owe almost 500 dollars for 2 months. They're also extremely rude and don't keep notes. I called and the person on the phone said they would make note that I called so I wouldn't be charged a late fee, but they literally double charged me

**Edit to add: we’ve been storing the same items in a new facility and there has been ZERO signs of mice or droppings. Sooo much mouse poop!! We finally left this facility and have not had the same issue at our new place. We were rudely told it was because we had a (never used, 100% clean) kitchen appliance in storage when really we had mouse poop everywhere months before the appliance was there. The price increased THREE times within the eight months we were here in addition to having mandatory insurance costs added on with vagueness as to what would actually be covered if it were to be needed. The digitized locks were a nuisance and there was a new error message every time. Lastly, staff questioned why my husband was in his car in the parking lot when other people were doing the same around him, programming a gps, texting about what to pick up in the unit, etc… this racial profiling was the last straw for us. ?? My advice is to find somewhere small and local (way cheaper!) if you can!

My experience at bluebird storage on Queen City ave in Manchester, New Hampshire. It was dirty and had mice droppings everywhere Didn't find the manager to be helpful nor professional . I could clearly go on. I would never recommend anybody to bluebird. On queen city ave Manchester New Hampshire, also we were in one unit. And moved to a bigger unit all within one week, we moved out of the storage altogether two weeks later., so that ought to tell you what kind of place you're renting from be warned, the manager Tammy is one of the worst managers I've ever come across. She is very unprofessional rude just overall, a very bad experience and would never go back.

Arthur sold me some metal shelving. He advertised five units available for sale. I purchased them. When I got home, there were only four. I contacted both him and the company several times, and they did not even respond. Why would you leave your most valued possessions with a company, owner, or individual who treats a customer with such disdain and lack of professionalism?

If you're looking for a reliable storage unit DO NOT USE this company, they're very sketchy and the owner does not show empathy nor does he care that VERY IMPORTANT documents pertaining to someones identity was stolen. Like I said, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This will be plastered everywhere.
